Scope of Application
The PHV range of units are suitable for installations where a more powerful air barrier is desired due to a higher volume of traffic such as: department stores, cinemas, high street shops, or even grocery store vestibules when employee and customer comfort is paramount due to extreme climate conditions. PHV units are high velocity and high output units that make them suitable for industrial applications such as food processing plants, factories and warehouses. PHV units are ideally suited for shipping and receiving doors where an air barrier is necessary in saving energy costs.
Features
The surface mounted PHV range NT air curtain has a streamlined steel casing with plastic end caps. The recessed model is supplied with an anodized aluminum grille. The aerodynamic design and tangential fans produce an optimal and uniform airflow creating a wall of air that allows unobstructed traffic through the air door.
Controls
All PHV range NT air curtains are supplied standard with a wall mounted slide switch controller. A remote thermostat, or automation protocol, or door contact switch can be incorporated.

Electric units require a “4 wire + ground” electric supply cable to allow for the hook up of N (neutral). Noise levels are given as a guide only. Variations from this can arise depending on the size of the room the unit is installed in, its acoustic characteristics and the position of the listener.
